The Pantone Color Institute has chosen two new shades for 2021: Ultimate Grey and Illuminating.
These two colors, despite being very different and independent, create an ambitious color combination that promises to infuse hope, courage and determination, especially in this delicate historical moment.
Yellow and Grey like the sun and the rocks
One is a bright yellow, a warm color that invokes the idea of the sun thanks to its name.
“Illuminating” is an infusion of strength and positivity, an optimistic hope for a bright future.
The other is a solid grey, a color that recalls the pebbles on the beach and the aged appearance of the natural elements. A tone that reassures by recalling stable and relatable elements that last in time and offer solid bases, invoking firmness and resilience.
This chromatic mix brings us back to introspection, to the respect for wisdom and experience but also to the intuition, inspiring regeneration and innovation.

HPE has always extruded round rods in Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP-H).
The standard colors include yellow with RAL reference 1021 and grey with RAL reference 7032.
Yellow rods find their application mostly in the field of industrial protections, creating bumpers, shockproof protectors, parking barriers and industrial barriers. Grey rods on the other hand, are mainly used in the galvanic, chemical and textile industry for the manufacture of control valves, discs, flanges, hubs, sleeves and tank caps.
In addition to gray and yellow, the standard production colors include natural, black, green, blue and red.
